Ben Hart is a group facilitator and public speaker who is passionate about supporting individual and organizational growth. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and brings his extensive experience with developmental theory, non-violent communication, yoga and meditation to his work with groups and individuals. Ben has worked with young adults in a range of developmental contexts, from rites of passage work with the Omega Institute in New York to emotional/educational support with 'emotionally disturbed' teens with a Bay Area non-profit. He has received training in conflict resolution and group process work, and studied sustainable living at the Findhorn Foundation eco-village in Scotland. Most recently, Ben has been giving public workshops on sustainability and social justice through the Pachamama Alliance, as well as co-creating a five day young adult leadership conference that brought together representatives from 8 different countries. His goal in all his work is for people to see ever expanding possibilities for themselves and their organizations and to support sustainable growth into these new realms.
Piper is an Organizational Development consultant who provides expertise in partnering with individuals and teams to leverage potential and create high performing, sustainable results. Piper's ability to identify the underlying theoretical patterns and structures within organizations, partnered with her hands-on ability to assess needs and opportunities for development make her a dynamic asset to individual and team success. She is an active and resourceful leader with a commitment to improving leadership through collaboration, confidence, successful attitude, and a commitment to excellence. Her experience includes: assessments, designing and executing sustainable training programs; implementing leadership programs, teambuilding, and management/executive coaching. Piper in an impassioned, creative, and motivating professional with an extensive record in leading others to maximize performance, exceed expectations and achieve great levels of success to benefit themselves, the organization, and the community.
Peter is an Organizational Development consultant, with a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He has the unique ability to connect, challenge, inspire, and motivate individuals and groups to reach their full potential. His diverse work experience spans both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Peter is a dynamic speaker/facilitator, adept at helping teams see the "big picture" perspective, and working with them to identify concrete steps they can take towards becoming a high performing unit. His goal as a coach/OD consultant is to serve as a "bridge", uniting and journeying with both individuals and teams from their present states to their desired destinations.
With a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado, Meg is currently pursuing her MA in Organizational Psychology at Antioch University. Most recently Meg has applied her work as a Marketing Consultant at the Sterling-Rice Group, an Ad agency in Boulder, Colorado, where she was able to gain a unique perspective on the marketing process and techniques. As an alumnus of the E.N.G.A.G.E. program, Meg has joined the E.N.G.A.G.E. team to bring the program to schools and individuals to successfully navigate the next Pivotal Transition in their life. Her enthusiastic personality and commitment to excellence helps to create a dynamic environment where individuals and teams can challenge, motivate, and reflect on new skills.
Charlene is a Leadership Coach with extensive experience in program development, implementation, facilitation, and assessment. Her ability to observe and listen has built her capacity to deliver powerful insights. Charlene effectively communicates new possibilities for individuals and organizations She serves a wide variety of clients including high net-worth families, corporations, start-up organizations, nonprofits and individuals intending to create positive changes in their lives. Charlene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration & Leadership from the University of the Pacific. The focus of her Master's thesis concentrated on understanding the identity development of college students, specifically how they create a sense of meaning and purpose for their lives.
With a degree from University of Washington in Communication and History, Alex has most recently applied her skills as a marketing coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks. Additionally, Alex served played a very active role in Greek leadership at UW. Alex has the ability to bring a strong creative, innovative and strategic perspective to her work. As an alumnus of the E.N.G.A.G.E. program, Alex is passionate to share the E.N.G.A.G.E. program with others to help them grow and reach their highest potential!
While earning her MA in Organizational Psychology, Kim is working as the Director of Training and Development with Pivotal Transitions, LLC. Kim is passionate about partnering with individuals and teams create positive, effective and grown oriented workplaces. In the role of Retail Division Training Manager, Kim most recently developed a three stage comprehensive training program targeted toward young adults for Tully's Coffee Corporation. Her expertise includes team coaching: create and delivering successful leadership seminars; training program design and implementation; providing personalized career coaching. Kim has a unique ability to motivate and inspire transformational growth.
